Wow, another deluded Nottingham Forest fan complaining about fans.
Derby average 30,000 at home every home game, but unlike Forest don’t try to inflate the crowd with kids for a quid every other week.
While we are on the subject of away fans, Forest are one of the few, perhaps the only club, that cuts off their nose to spite its face, by reducing away fans from 4500 to 2000 and then has 6,000 empty seats even at a local derby game against their bigger rivals.
Nottingham Forest fans are getting ‘ripped off’ by high ticket prices at away games
The excuse of Notts County if it wasn’t pathetic would be funny, and as for including cricket as an excuse just shows the maturity of the post as the cricket season is as always at the end of the football season and does not in any way effect the support numbers.
To wrap it up, I agree away tickets are too expensive but also some small clubs like Forest should allow big clubs like Derby a larger away allocation.
If they stopped moaning for a while about every one else and took a look at what they are doing to ruin the game then maybe we would have some sympathy.
Oh, and Derby has a far better away following than Forest too, but maybe that’s down to the sailing at Holme Pierrepont.
