Hearn's late goal earns Reds a point
Alfreton left it late to earn a point against Stockport County on Saturday at the Impact Arena.
In Alfreton’s first game since the departure of former boss Nicky Law, an even game finally saw its first goal on 40 minutes and it went to the visitors, Danny Lloyd’s cross finding Josh Amis who found the net.
The sides then traded chances throughout the encounter until sub Liam Hearn was the Reds’ hero, tapping home on the line after a corner hadn’t been cleared in the closing stages.
