Glapwell progressed into the second round of the Derbyshire Senior Cup with a comfortable 5-1 victory over a young Blackwell MW side at Hall Corner.
Glapwell took the lead on 13 minutes when Callum Green played in Oliver Trigg who finished well across the keeper from the edge of the area. Green was then denied by visiting keeper Matt Foster, who was impressive throughout but the lead was doubled soon after when Callum Green finished well from six yards.
Blackwell pulled one back right on the stroke of half-time when Lee Hilliar found space inside the six-yard area to head past Alex Malong. Just minutes after the break Sam Dilks had a massive chance to pull his side level but fired straight at Malong. It it took until the 69th minute for Glapwell to extend their advantage when Callum Green finished well before Tom Robley played in Josh Goodhand. Mark Robinson then deservedly added the fifth to complete the scoring.
