Gray and Boden both at Macclesfield on loan

Dan Gray has returned to Macclesfield Town for a month’s loan.

The Chesterfield FC defender has a half-season loan at Moss Rose last season and played 21 games for the Silkmen, scoring one goal.

Gray, 21, will be with Macc until December 10, and has been cleared to play in the FA Cup and the Cheshire Senior Cup.

Meanwhile, the loan spell of Scott Boden at Macclesfield has been extended for a second month.

The Spireites striker, who has played five times since his move from the B2net, has been at Moss Rose since October 14 and his spell there has been extended until December 10.

He has also been cleared to play in the FA Cup and the Cheshire Senior Cup for Macc.

In addition to the the two men with Macclesfield, Chesterfield midfielder Derek Niven is currently on a month’s loan with another League Two side, Northampton.
