Dronfield Town continued their recent resurgence in NCEL Division One with a 3-1 win over Teversal in a victory that moved them up to fifth-from-bottom.
After a goalless first half at Stonelow, Mark Fereday put the home side ahead four minutes after the re-start before Sean Dickinson levelled just after the hour-mark.
The game was heading towards a draw before Fereday struck five minutes from time and finally made the points safe from the penalty spot on the stroke of 90 minutes.
Dronfield’s three-game unbeaten run came to a halt just three days later (March 14) at the hands of Hall Road Rangers in a 2-0 success for the Hull-based side. They have a six-game sequence of home matches, starting with the visit of Clipstone last night (March 18) and followed by Winterton Rangers on Saturday (March 21).
Louth Town then make the trip to Stonelow the following Wednesday (March 25) for a 7.45pm kick off.
