Chesterfield FC’s popular Saturday Morning Club, organised by Chesterfield FC Community Trust, has a new venue.
The fun-filled soccer training camps for boys and girls is now based for the first time at Brookfield Community School, Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield.
The club, especially during the winter months, will benefit by using the latest state-of-the-art 3G all-weather rubber crumb pitch which was installed at the specialist sports college only last year.
As usual there will be three sessions of junior football coaching running during the morning from 9.30am - Mini Kickers for ages 5-7 years, Juniors for ages 8-12 years, and the specialist goalkeepers course for ages 7-14 years, using the grass area.
In addition there are also Spireites Saturday Morning Clubs running in NE Derbyshire at Dronfield Leisure Centre from 9.30am and Sharley Park Leisure Centre, Clay Cross, from 10am.
These are run in partnership with NE Derbyshire District Council as part of the Council’s new Just Do More! initiative.
