Chesterfield defender Jack Broadhead has joined Evo-Stik Northern Premier side Worksop Town on loan until February 1.
Broadhead had a three-month spell at Buxton earlier on in the season and the Spireites believe the 19-year-old needs to gain more experience.
North Nottinghamshire side Worksop, managed by Mark Shaw, are riding third in the table and are well set in the play-off picture.
They have bagged 80 goals so far this season but have the fourth worst defence in the league, having conceded 58 in 27 games.
Broadhead, who is highly regarded at the Proact Stadium, will be available for five league games for the Tigers.
