Chesterfield FC will play Accrington Stanley or Tranmere Rovers in the area quarter-final of the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy at the B2net Stadium on Tuesday, November 8, kick-off 7.45pm.
Admission prices are likely to be reduced for the game.
With VIP hospitality packages at a premium for all league games up to Christmas there is a special offer for this game of £30 plus VAT for a special VIP night out with three course meal and much more.
The initial JP Trophy match between Accrington and Tranmere was called off last week following a serious head injury to Stanley’s Welsh U21 international Tom Bender who was involved in a collision with his own goal keeper and a Rovers player.
After 30 minutes of treatment on the pitch, Bender, on a season-long loan from Colchester, was taken to hospital where he received the all-clear following a subsequent head scan.
The round two match has been rescheduled to take place this Wednesday.
