Football fans are licking their lips at the prospect of Chesterfield’s visit to the Reynolds Stadium to face Matlock Town in the semi-final of the Derbyshire Senior Cup.
League Two side Chesterfield brushed past Belper 4-2 while Northern Premier side Matlock comfortably overcame Borrowash Victoria 4-1 in their quarter-final ties on Tuesday night.
The semi-final clash between the two sides will be played on Tuesday, February 12 (kick off 7.45pm).
Ilkeston FC are also through to the last four after they hit a magnificent seven past Heanor Town.
They will play the winners of the remaining quarter-final tie between Mickleover Royals and Alfreton Town FC, which is scheduled to be played on Tuesday, February 5 (kick off 7.45pm).
