So, you’ve decided to hit Sin City for a holiday. Maybe it’s for a stag or a special birthday – whatever the occasion, there’s no denying you’re probably going to need another holiday straight after to recover... Why not make the most of your last good night’s sleep for the next week in Manchester Airport hotels? You’ll appreciate having your last eight hours of shut-eye in a stress-free hotel.
Vegas has long been associated with money – whether it’s how much you’re planning on winning when you’re out there or how much it’s going to set you back. There’s glitz and glamour, gorgeous people and bright lights that never go out. So it’s not surprising that a lot of people worry about how they’re going to find the money to make their trip to Vegas a memorable one.
Don’t panic! You can still make the most out of Vegas on a budget. It just takes a little planning. Manchester Airport show you how:
Your flights
Scour the internet to compare flights and rates and you’re almost certain to find cheaper flights. Try searching for a mid-week departure – it’s a less busy travel time so is likely to be cheaper to book. Make sure you check your rewards points on your credit cards (if you have any) as these can creep up quicker than you expected. You never know, you might have a free flight waiting for you!
Your hotel
In a city that never sleeps, you’ll want to make the most of your hotel room so that when you do finally crash and need a bed, you can sleep comfortably in pleasant surroundings. You can still find nice hotels close to the strip that won’t cost you and arm and a leg. Try hotels and motels in downtown Las Vegas. If you choose a place to stay slightly off the beaten track you’ll save a load of money – which you can use to indulge yourself on the strip! Some of these will offer deals when you book online so get searching the web.
Casinos
Try the Casino Royale on the strip – it offers low-limit games and won’t break the bank (if you’re sensible. Ahem.) Just as exciting is the Boulder Station – slightly off the strip, it’s famous for its $3 table games and 50cent chips on the roulette wheel. Nevada Palace is also off-strip but will offer a gambler on a budget nothing better – you can have a go at building your technique here before you smash the strip. You might even make more money than you came out with..!
As long as you plan, and are realistic about what you can afford you’ll be able to do Vegas on a budget no problem. When you’re there, it’ll feel like a whirlwind of excess and indulgence but you’re sure to have a great time in Sin City – remember, this is Vegas, baby!
