Stylish youngsters got the chance to show off their skills on the catwalk as part of a student fashion show.
The event, at Lady Manners School in Bakewell, was held to display the work of pupils who have been designing clothes as part of textiles classes.

The designs included a range based on reptiles, T-shirt and denim combinations and classic evening wear.

Headteacher Duncan Meikle said: "The quality of the making and the exciting design creations, as well as the professional performance on the night, shows that Lady Manners students care about the work they do.

"We are delighted when events like this allow parents and supporters of the school to see our hard working students in a celebration of their efforts."
