Ramblers are being encouraged to use the bus or train as part of a walking guide aimed at cutting car pollution.
The Ride and Ramble book offers green ways to roam, with 20 walks through the Peak District, which are all linked to buses or trains.

It has been produced by Peak Connections, a project to provide days out across the area using public transport, and has been part-funded by the Peak District National Park Authority's sustainable development fund.
