Derbyshire Dales residents can find out more about helping others during difficult times as part of the Citizens Advice Bureau's Advice Week.
The Mid-Derbyshire branch in Matlock will be taking part in the event, which runs between October 6 and 12, to promote the work of the advice agencies.

Jan Bell, operations manager, said: "Advice week is a great way for local people to gain an insight into the work we do and how our service might help when people find themselves in a situation they don't know how to deal with."

Anyone interested in finding out about becoming a volunteer or making a donation should call (01629) 57482.
