Derbyshire Dales District Council has been shortlisted for its second housing award in two months.
The council is one of six finalists in the 'best achievement of the year in housing and regeneration section' of the MJ Achievement Awards 2010.
Only last month Derbyshire Dales was shortlisted for the 2010 Housing Heroes Awards, to be held in London on May 24.
The MJ Awards will take place at the end of June.
