Time to stop ‘chuggers’

Personally I am annoyed by these people always asking “if I have a second” which you know will turn into 20 minutes or more and end up signing into something you have not come into town for.

I know where all the charity shops are if I wish to donate money and I don’t wish to be hassled every time I pass them.

I also believe that charity shops pay no rates forcing businesses to close because they cannot compete.

It’s about time all towns stopped these chuggers and limited how many charity shops were in a town centre OR started charging rates.
