Plan makes no sense whatsoever

REGARDING the development of a minimum of 800 new houses in Bolsover.

I discovered the plans some time ago, and was told all towns have to have a town plan, and strategy, and the development would probably never happen due to the credit crunch as no developers would wish to buy and bank land.

This was simply a proposal as part of the plan.

And here we are at the point of a public consultation, with the land sold off.

Why do we no longer trust politicians, both local and national?

Why build on green areas, use brown field sites?

Is this massive site linked to the ‘white elephant’ Markham regeneration site - to house all these new workers coming into the area!

This plan makes no sense to me whatsoever.
