LETTER: Why have dog bins not been replaced?
I'm writing to let you know that E.ON recently replaced a lamp post on South Street North and Fallow Field Road.
This was fine but then I realised that it hadn’t bothered fitting the dog-waste bins onto the lamppost when work had been completed and continued in other areas in New Whittington.
This problem seems to be common when new lampposts are fitted either in New
Whittington or Old Whittington.

Hide AdI have noticed recently that dog fouling has become more of a problem since E.ON didn’t refit the dog waste bins.
I would like these bins fitting and ask why this as happened in the first place.
