I remember the land grabs by Sheffield in the past.

The thought of Sheffield being responsible for maintenance of our roads is frightening. In my view its council is notorious for lack of care of its own road systems.

Derbyshire has had for many years a big programme of preventative maintenance, which is hard to match.
