LETTER: Was John Williamson related to my family?

I recently found, on the internet, reference to John Williamson's death in August 2016 and I send my condolences to the family.

As part of my family tree I am trying to establish whether John was the son of Jack Williamson and Joyce (nee Lomas).

Jack was the manager of the Skegness miners’ holiday home for a number of years and then moved to Chesterfield working for a brewery.

John has a sister, Pat, and I can remember seeing them at their grandparents’ home at Bradford House, Mission Lane, Iron Acton, near Bristol.

His grandparents would have been Percy Lomas and Vera Lomas.

I would very much appreciate hearing from John’s sister, Pat, if this is the correct information. I am sorry if I have got this information wrong. My father and Vera were first cousins.

Any information would be very helpful to me and can be sent care of the Derbyshire Times.
