A new twist has appeared in the planning applications relating to proposed major changes in Bolsover.
So will Bolsover District Council tell us whether the recent amended/superceded applications will be treated like a totally NEW set of planning applications?
Does this mean that the planning committee is allowed, on a technicality, to discount the many recorded objections they have already received to the development plans, even though the ‘new’ plans are not significantly different from the previous ones?
