Woman charged with drugs offences after police raid in Kilburn

A woman has been charged with drugs offences following a police raid in Kilburn.

At about 5.15pm on Tuesday, officers executed a warrant at a property on Meadow Court and found a quantity of suspected class A and class B drugs.

Police also found suspected drugs paraphernalia, mobile phones and cash.

Tammy Dickinson, of Meadow Court, was charged with being concerned in the control of class A and class B drugs. She was also charged with possession with intent to supply class A and class B drugs.

Dickinson appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday and will appear at Nottingham Crown Court at a later date.

Acting Sergeant Neil Hopwell, of Derbyshire police, said: “We’re encouraging residents to report suspected drugs activity to us by calling 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
