WEATHER: Derbyshire set for thundery showers today
Scattered showers are expected for Derbyshire today (Tuesday, May 20).
Some will be heavy and thundery especially this afternoon but it will become very warm again, with long sunny spells and light winds.
Tonight any heavy and thundery showers will soon move away northwards, leaving clear periods before areas of mist.
Low cloud and some patchy fog form.
Later cloud will increase.
