Tours of Renishaw Hall’s historic vineyard will start for 2016 this weekend.

Led by award-winning wine maker Kieron Atkinson, the vineyard tours give visitors the chance to learn all about the history of the 40-year-old site, which was once the most northerly in the world.

Tours last approximately one and a half hours and cost £10 per person, including wine tasting, a tour of the vineyard and learning about the cycle of the vineyard and wine-making process.

Public vineyard tours for 2016 will take place at 11am or 1.30pm on June 12, July 17 and September 11.

Pre-booked group tours (minimum of 12 people) are also available throughout the week until the end of September.

Advance booking for all tours is required. Contact kieron@englishwineproject.co.uk or telephone 01332 987697 to book your place on a tour.
