High Peak households could be in with a chance of winning up to £400 by taking part in a survey about roads and transport across the county.
The questionnaire will be sent to a minimum of 4,500 Derbyshire residents in July asking their views on issues ranging from the condition of roads and pavements provided by Derbyshire County Council, to the quality of local bus services.
The survey is being carried out by independent market research experts Ipsos Mori.
Everyone who is sent the survey has the option to be entered into a free prize draw to win either £400, £200 or £100 funded by Ipsos Mori.
The closing date for returning completed questionnaires is August 2.
