Students enjoy a night at the museum to remember

Youngsters at a preparatory school had a night to remember when they slept on the floor of a museum.

The students from year 7 of S Anselm’s School, in Bakewell, got to sleep under the skeleton of a diplodocus in the Central Hall of the Natural History Museum.

The special sleepover followed a torch–lit trail of the dinosaurs gallery at the top London attraction.

On the same trip they got to test scientific principles at the Science Museum and take part in a interactive lecture on Isaac Newton’s three laws of motion.

They were also treated to a live animal show with Nick Spellman.
