David Hill opened the Ripley Greenhillocks Fellowship meeting with Vernon Vahta playing the piano to accompany the opening song.

Brenda Elliott read the report of the week’s happenings before Marion Slack led the birthday celebrations for Marie Reed and Ken Brough. The meeting also celebrated the wedding anniversary of Paula and Peter Perry.

On the down side, the meeting heard that both John Lichfield and Peter Clark were ill in hospital.

Reader for the day was Doug Fake with “The Lager Lout”. Doug Fake was then assisted by Betty Todd in organising the games.

Ann and David Hill organised the drawing of the free raffle. Refreshments were served.
