Discharged conditionally for 12 months, must pay £35 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Stole air fresheners and energy drinks to the value of £6, belonging to Poundland. Community order with defendant to comply with the following requirements by May 19, 2015: four-week curfew to end on September 16, must remain indoors at home address from 8pm to 7am, drug rehabilitation requirement as well as paying £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £40 costs. Stole can of drink to value of £1, belonging to Discount UK. Community order made.

Other

Marie Howitt, 44, of Deamon Street, Blackwell. Was owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control. Ordered to keep the dog muzzled and on a lead in a public place, fined £130, must pay compensation of £592.43, £50 and £50, costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £20.
