Police want to trace witnesses to a collision in Dronfield after a biker died.

The man was riding a Honda motorbike which was involved in a crash with a Nissan Micra close to Sainsburys' petrol station, Sheffield Road, at around 11.25am on Sunday, May 15.

Derbyshire Police said the biker was taken to the Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital to be treated for his injuries but later died.

Anyone with information should call Derbyshire Police on 101, quoting incident 251 of May 15.
