Police have named a motorcyclist who died in a crash on a Derbyshire road last week.
The collision happened on Park Road, Holmewood, at about 6pm on Thursday.
It involved a red Honda 125cc motorcycle travelling towards Grassmoor.
Neil Farrer, 41, of Smithy Place, Grassmoor, was treated at the scene but sadly died as a result of his injuries.
Tributes have been publicly paid to Mr Farrer, a cold store worker, on the Derbyshire Times’ Facebook page.
Janice Bedford said: “RIP Neil. You will be sadly missed by all who loved you.”

Mr Farrer’s inquest was opened at Chesterfield coroners’ court on Monday afternoon. His full inquest will take place at a later date.
Anyone who saw the collision is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident number 571.
