Police looking to trace driver after horse box collides with vehicles on A38
Police are working to trace the driver of a vehicle towing a horse box which collided with two other vehicles on the A38 near Ripley.
The incident occurred just before 9pm last night (Wednesday) when a horse box, which was being towed by a Renault Laguna, became detached and collided with a Nissan Juke and a Suzuki vehicle.
The driver fled the scene.
Police said no-one was injured and the area was cleared by 11.15pm.
