Police consult with residents

RESIDENTS in Tideswell, Bakewell and Matlock and the surrounding areas are being invited to meet with their local policing teams and partnership agencies.

It is a chance for local people to have a say on the issues that are affecting their quality of life and help set priorities for the teams to target.

They are set to take place on:

Monday, October 3: (Tideswell and Area Villages Community Forum) Beeley Village Hall, 7pm.

Tuesday, October 4: (For Bakewell residents) The Medway Centre, off New Street, Bakewell, 3pm.

Wednesday, October 5: (For Matlock and Tansley residents) Dales Housing, Dimple Road, Matlock, 2pm.

Meetings are held every three months and aim to bring together the police, the community and other local agencies and organisations to help target concerns for residents.

If you cannot make the meeting but have any concerns or issues that you would like to raise you can contact the team by calling 0345 123 33 33 or by emailing through the website: www.derbyshire.police.uk.
