Police are now preparing a file for the corner and are investigating the circumstances of his death.

They are asking anyone who saw Mr Moulson between 4.30am and 7am that day, or anyone who saw police officers speaking to Mr Moulson, to get in touch.

Officers believe he had been in the Church Street area that morning and may have been seen or spoken to by commuters.

Mr Moulson is described as white with dark hair. He was wearing a green Regatta coat that day and dark trousers.

Anyone with information should call police on 101.
