Men with moustaches were everywhere at Auto Windscreens in November as they embraced their ‘inner Tom Selleck’ for Movember, raising a whopping £2,163 for charity.

Staff across the business took up the hairy, month-long challenge alongside Managing Director, Phil Kemp, to fundraise for The Movember Foundation, which looks to change the face of men’s health.

Some men even marked the end of the challenge by daring to dye their ‘tashes in an array of vibrant colours!

“I think it’s brilliant that so many of our team grew a Mo, even though some of their wives and girlfriends weren’t too happy to have furrier men for a month,” remarked Phil.

“I know I look ridiculous with a moustache, especially painted purple and green, but it’s all for a good cause. Now, where’s my razor?”

All staff at Auto Windscreens were invited to join in with Movember and were urged to ask friends and family to donate on a special company donation page.

Movember takes place every November and is organised by The Movember Foundation, a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, longer lives.

So far the organisation has raised £402 million and funded over 1,000 programmes focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.
