POLICE are appealing for help in finding a 39 year old-man who has been reported missing.
Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of Jason Rowland who has been officially missing for about a week and believe he may have travelled to Chesterfield or Mansfield from his home in Winshill, Burton.
Burton police are investigating his disappearance and are liaising with police colleagues at Derbyshire Constabulary.
PC Matthew Hall, of Burton Police, said: “Mr Rowland had not been seen by his family for about two weeks before he was reported missing.
“Naturally, they are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety. We are appealing for anyone with information as to his whereabouts to contact us as a matter of urgency.”
Mr Rowland, who was reported missing on Wednesday, 9 February, is white, about 5ft 9ins tall and slim. He has shaven hair and is normally clean shaven.
