Man traced in connection with Clay Cross sexual assault allegation
Police investigating an allegation that a man touched a woman's leg inappropriately have traced a man they wanted to speak to.
Officers had released an image of a man they wanted to come forward in relation to the alleged assault, which is said to have happened on a bench outside Tesco, in Bridge Street, Clay Cross, on Tuesday, October 25.
A 63-year-old man voluntarily attended a police station and the investigation is ongoing.
