Man assaulted in Indian restaurant

Police are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in an Indian restaurant.

A 38-year-old man was assaulted by four men in the Sylhet Spice restaurant on Nottingham Road on Saturday, September 29, at 11.10pm.

All of the men were in their mid to late 20s and one of the men was 5ft 6ins tall and wore a pink shirt.

The men were accompanied by two women who were described as being in their 20s with blonde hair.

One was wearing a long black dress and a grey cardigan.
