Weekend’s white wonderland

BLANKETS of snow covered the Derbyshire landscape over the weekend, as the winter’s heaviest snowfall fell across the county.

While the white stuff meant travel chaos for motorists, the young and the young at heart took to the outdoors to make snowmen, throw snowballs and sledge.
