A video featuring Derbyshire patients has been released to encourage people to stay flu safe this winter.

NHS Derbyshire County are urging the 60,000 people eligible for a free jab to sign up soon. The video, launched at Chesterfield Football Club’s Proact Stadium and endorsed by the club, highlights the importance of having the flu jab and addresses the myths of the vaccine.

Jane Careless, immunisation co-ordinator, of NHS Derbyshire County said: “We hope that this video will go some way to ensuring more people are vaccinated this winter.”
