Men charged in connection with thefts from vending machines

POLICE investigating the theft of cash from 18 vending machines across Derbyshire have charged three men.
The men have been charged with conspiracy to steal between January 1 and January 11. They will appear before magistrates in Derby on January 28.
They are aged 38 and from Portmouth, 45 from Southsea and 47 from Poole.
Cash was taken from vending machines at pubs and supermarkets in Chaddesden, Alvaston, Derby city centre, Ripley, Belper, Chesterfield and along the M1.
Derbyshire police are liaising with other forces across the country following similar thefts from vending machines nationwide.
