Having a masked ball

Alfreton Grange Arts College has staged its first-ever dance show.

Called Fusion, the show was a sell-out success, bringing together many different genres of dance — including ballet, street dancing and jazz.

Around 80 students from every academic year were involved with the production.

Dance teacher Vicky Callaghan said: "What was so inspiring was our students' adaptability and willingness to try any dance style and theme thrown at them.

"From ballet to ballroom and zombies to hummingbirds, our students have once again proved that their enthusiasm holds no bounds!"
