A council is asking people for their say on changes to its core strategy – including proposals for the use and development of land.
Amber Valley Borough Council has published a number of proposed changes, which will form part of the new Local Plan and set out policies up to 2028.
The changes are primarily in relation to the need for new housing and to find sites that will meet that need.
Consultation on the proposals started on Monday and will be open for six weeks, until September 8.
Councillor Chris Emmas-Williams, the council’s deputy leader and cabinet member for regeneration, said: “I urge everyone to take the opportunity to view the proposed changes to our core strategy and to let us have any comments by September 8.”
