A jeweller’s sparkling efforts have raised hundreds of pounds for a life–saving charity.

CW Sellors Fine Jewellery raised £857 for the Derbyshire Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance (DLRAA) after holding a Christmas Wishes event at Chatsworth House. The Ashbourne–based business raised the funds through the ‘Diamond Dip’, which challenged visitors to select a real diamond from a sea of cubic zirconias in exchange for a donation.

David Reeves, DLRAA north region fundraising manager. said: “I’d like to say thank you to everyone the has supported DLRAA at CW Sellors Christmas Wishes.

“CW Sellors have been dedicated and enthusiastic supporters of their local air ambulance and I thank them especially for their support over the years.”
