Ian David Flower, 52, of Bakestone Moor, Whitwell. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £519 and must pay a £51 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Kuldip Matoo, 54, of Ross Court, Killamarsh. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Andrew Moore, 24, of Arthur Street, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a road. Fined £54 and must pay a vehicle excise back duty of £60.42 and £90 costs.

Rikki David Pearson, 31, of Norwood Place, Killamarsh. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into a suspected driving offence. Pleaded guilty to two counts of being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and failed to stop. Admits failing to comply with supervision requirements after release from a period of detention. Indicated a guilty plea to entering part of a building as a trespasser and stealing tools. Kelly Anne Harrison, 23, of Scarsdale Street, Bolsover. Indicated a guilty plea to failing to notify Bolsover District Council of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to housing benefit namely that she was living with a man as an unmarried couple. Indicated a guilty plea to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to Income Support namely that she was living in the same house with a man as an unmarried couple. Community order to last until November 20, 2016, with a six-week curfew.

Shane Anthony Smith, 32, of Compton Street, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences, which were subject to the suspended sentence, of stealing cider valued at £2 belonging to Health Mini Market, failing to surrender to custody and possessing 4.3grammes of cannabis. Pleaded guilty to assault. Indicated a guilty plea to two counts of using racially aggravated threatening behaviour. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Pleaded guilty to damaging a gate and a slide. Must pay £100 compensation. Committed to prison for 38 weeks. Restraining order to last until October 9, 2017.

Mark Anthony Lill, 37, of Waterloo Road, Matlock Bath. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 1.5grammes of cannabis, a controlled class B drug. Fined £200 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Lisa Jayne Croves, 39, of Hill Top Road, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing money to the value of £3,000 belonging to Old Whittington Social Club. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 24 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 120 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £1,400 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge and £400 costs.

Samuel Jason Watkinson, 27, of Masefield Avenue, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing whisky valued at £20 belonging to Tesco. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
