John Andrew Hibbs, 69, of Nottingham Road, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a Vauxhall Vectra. Fined £108 and must pay £397.79 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Amanda Jean Myronko, 44, of Nethermoor Road, New Tupton, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to dishonestly making a false statement to the Department for Work and Pensions to obtain a benefit namely Income Support by failing to declare the true extent of her capital. Fined £80 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs. Indicated a guilty plea to dishonestly failing to notify NE Derbyshire District Council of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to housing benefit. No separate penalty.
