Have your say on White Peak Loop plans at drop-in sessions

Residents can have their say about a Derbyshire County Council–led project to link the Monsal Trail into Matlock as part of the White Peak Loop scheme.

The proposed route would take the existing trail from Bakewell through the Haddon Estate to Rowsley and follow the route of the railway line to Matlock.

Details of the development will be available to view at public consultation events.

The Whitworth Centre, in Station Road, Darley Dale – August 22–31, 8am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday; 8.30am to 4.30pm on Sunday.

Arc Leisure Centre, off Bakewell Road, Matlock – August 22, 11am to 7pm, August 23, 8am to 7pm; August 24, 8am to 8pm; August 25, 6.30am to 10pm; August 26, 6.30am–10pm.

Rowsley Village Hall, in School Lane, Rowsley – August 27, 11am to 8pm; August 28 9am to 5pm.
