EMERGENCY services were called to the Market Place in Buxton this afternoon (Tuesday) after a woman fell ill.
Police and paramedics were called to a flat on Scarsdale Place at about 12.30pm.
A police spokesman said: “We gained entry to the flat of a woman who had fallen ill.”
The woman has been taken to Stepping Hill Hospital.
