Woman’s body found in Shirebrook

NDET 7-7-12 MC 1 Shirebrook Alder Close - Scene where woman's body was found.

An investigation is underway after the body of a woman was discovered in Shirebrook.

The body was discovered by police at around 5.30pm on Friday, July 6 in the Alder Close area.

Officers will be in the area for some time carrying out investigations.

Anyone with information is asked to call Derbyshire police on 101.
