Three men accused of being involved in the supply of heroin are to appear before a crown court judge.
Anthony Evans, 34, of Terrace Road, Chapel–en–le–Frith, Stephen O’Brien, 31, of Market Street, Chapel, and Daniel O’Brien, 52, of Rainbow Cottage, Aultmore, Morey, face charges of being concerned in the supply of heroin. Stephen O’Brien also faces a charge of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
The charges come after the a package containing £2,600 worth of heroin was intercepted by police.
They will appear in Derby Crown Court on December 16 and have entered no pleas at this stage.
