Boslover joined the Christmas countdown at the weekend with its annual lantern parade.
Scores of families turned out to marvel at the lanterns – made by youngsters as part of a project by charity Junction Arts – which were lit at the infamous Bolsover Castle on Saturday night and paraded around the town.
Spectators hailed the “wonderful” event which has become a highlight in Bolsover’s calendar.
