The pool and sports hall at Matlock’s Arc Leisure will be closed this Saturday as it hosts a swimming gala.
Derbyshire Dales District Council’s flagship leisure centre will be host to 20 swimming clubs from Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire.
The gym and studio will be open as usual and all participants of swimming lessons have been informed. Notices at Arc have advertised the one-day closure of the pool and sports hall since 3 January.
The sports hall is being used on the day as a base for judges, officials and the 70 swimmers taking part.
